The cancellation form and the products must be returned to the e-shop's dispatch point; the return costs are borne by the customer.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract if the products are unused and undamaged, including in their original packaging.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Health and hygiene products that cannot be returned
- Open cosmetics and perfumery products
- Chilled/frozen or perishable goods

If the customer has withdrawn from the contract, the seller will refund the amount of the order, including delivery costs, immediately, but no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. The money will be returned to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
The seller has the right to postpone the refund until the return of the products or until the customer has provided proof of return.
WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
The seller shall be liable for any non-conformity of the product with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer. In the case of retail sales, the defect that became apparent within the first 6 months is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
The customer must notify the defect within 1 month of discovery.
Complaints must be made by e-mail or at the point of sale. The complaint must include the name and contact details of the customer, the date of the complaint, a description of the defect, the customer's claim and the purchase document. The seller will reply within 15 days.
