The Pulsar Krypton 2 XG50 is a top-of-the-range clip-on thermal module featuring a 640×480 sensor and a detection range of up to 2,300 m. It attaches to the eyepiece of a day scope (30–56 mm) using a PSP-B adapter, transforming it into a fully-fledged thermal scope. Shock-resistant for large calibres (up to .375 H&H). The kit includes an IPS7 battery and a PSP-B adapter.

The Pulsar Krypton 2 XG50 is a multifunctional thermal imaging device that attaches to the eyepiece of a day sight via a PSP-B adapter, instantly transforming it into a fully-fledged thermal sight — whilst retaining the sight’s original zeroing. The same module can also be converted into a handheld thermal monocular using a viewfinder.
HD 640 × 480 thermal sensor
Thermal sensor with a resolution of 640 × 480 @ 12 µm NETD < 25 mK reveals finer thermal details even in fog, rain or snow. The detection range is up to 2,300 metres.
Rated for up to .375 H&H;
The impact resistance of the Krypton 2 front sight allows it to be used with large-calibre hunting rifles, including 9.3×64, .30-06, .300, .375 H&H; etc. — including smoothbore firearms and air rifles.
Suitable for 30–56 mm day sights
The PSP-b adapter (included) is suitable for day vision goggles with an external eyepiece diameter of between 30 and 56 mm. Three adapters in the catalogue:
- PSP 42 mm — sighting eyepiece 45.5–50.6 mm
- PSP 50 mm — sighting eyepiece 51.6–59.6 mm
- PSP 56 mm — sighting eyepiece 60.0–65.6 mm
Magnesium alloy body
The lightweight and durable magnesium alloy housing ensures the structure’s resistance to external impacts and vibration. The metal housing also acts as a heat sink, keeping the sensor at a more stable temperature. Protection class IPX7.
Viewing modes and eight colour palettes
Separate viewing modes for open terrain and woodland, plus eight colour palettes — users can choose the right image for every situation and taste. Brightness and contrast can be adjusted manually.
Photo and video recording
16 GB of internal storage for photos and videos at a resolution of 1024 × 768. Videos are saved in MP4 format.
Removable IPS7 battery
The 6.4 Ah IPS7 (B-Pack) battery included in the set ensures over 11 hours continuous use. In addition, a 14.8 Ah IPS14 battery (double the runtime) and a BPS 3×AA battery pack are available for emergencies.
Wi-Fi and Stream Vision
Using the built-in Wi-Fi module, you can connect the device to your smartphone and use the Stream Vision app to download videos and photos, update the firmware, and stream live content to YouTube.
