The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (cancel the order) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.<\/p>\n
The cancellation form and the products must be returned to the e-shop's dispatch point; the return costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract if the products are unused and undamaged, including in their original packaging.<\/p>\n
Under the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n
The customer is responsible for any loss of value of the product resulting from handling not necessary to identify the nature and characteristics of the product.<\/p>\n
If the customer has withdrawn from the contract, the seller will refund the amount of the order, including delivery costs, immediately, but no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. The money will be returned to the same bank account from which the payment was received.<\/p>\n
The seller has the right to postpone the refund until the return of the products or until the customer has provided proof of return.<\/p>\n
The seller shall be liable for any non-conformity of the product with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer. In the case of retail sales, the defect that became apparent within the first 6 months is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n
The customer must notify the defect within 1 month of discovery.<\/p>\n
Complaints must be made by e-mail or at the point of sale. The complaint must include the name and contact details of the customer, the date of the complaint, a description of the defect, the customer's claim and the purchase document. The seller will reply within 15 days.<\/p>\n
Disputes are resolved by negotiation. In the absence of an agreement, the customer has the right of recourse:<\/p>\n
