General terms and conditions

1. OVERVIEWS

These Optikwelt OÜ e-shop terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the e-shop. The seller is Optikwelt OÜ, registered 10612951, address V. Gerassimovi tn 20-7, 20203 Narva, Estonia; e-mail pood@optikwelt.ee.

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms and Conditions by publishing the modifications on the website. Orders previously placed shall be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing.

The customer accepts the terms and conditions by confirming the order.

2. ORDERING ONLINE

Orders can be submitted by both registered (logged in) and anonymous customers. Only registered users have access to the order history and the wish list.

The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, chooses the delivery method and destination, confirms the order and pays the total amount via the payment methods offered by the seller.

After making a payment in the third party payment environment, click on the “Back to merchant” button.

An automatic email confirms receipt of your order and payment.

The Seller will start fulfilling the order after the customer has confirmed the order and paid the total amount.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices in the e-shop are given in euros and include VAT.

The prices in force at the time of confirmation of the order remain unchanged. Any change in prices after confirmation will not affect the order.

The customer pays the order in full as an advance payment as indicated in the e-shop. Payments are made in a secure external environment via bank transfer, bank link or payment intermediary (Payment Centre AS or PayPal).

4. TARNE

Parcel delivery

For deliveries to the parcel terminal of the customer's choice (Omniva, SmartPost, etc.), a delivery charge will be added to the order, unless the order amount exceeds €200.

The seller delivers the goods to the parcel machine within 7 working days of the order being confirmed.

The SMS notification contains a unique door code.

Courier delivery

Select the courier service and enter the delivery address; the delivery will be made under courier conditions.

Transport charges will be added to the order amount.

Point of sale delivery

The customer will receive the order upon presentation of an identity document (ID-card, passport, driving licence) and the order number.

Digital products

Digital products are issued via the e-shop's customer account page. The download link is valid for 7 days or 7 downloads.

5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Seller processes the personal data provided by the customer in the e-shop (name, telephone, address, e-mail) in particular for the purposes of fulfilling the order and delivery in accordance with. privacy policy.

6. WITHDRAWAL, REFUNDS AND REIMBURSEMENT OF MONEY

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. Products must be unused and undamaged, including in their original packaging. Return costs are to be borne by the customer.

The money will be refunded to the same bank account within 7 calendar days of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

7. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

The seller shall be liable for any non-conformity of the product with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. In the case of consumer sales, the defect which became apparent within the first 6 months is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

The customer must notify the defect within 1 month of discovery. The seller will respond to the claim within 15 days.
