How do I order goods from the Optikwelt e-shop?
We've tried to make it as easy as possible for you to order goods from our online shop. In our e-shop you can order both as a private individual and as a legal person..
Catalogues
To view the goods please select the category of the product you are interested in from the e-shop menu. You will then be redirected to the catalogue, where you can see thumbnails of the products, their names and prices. Click on the thumbnail to view the product and you will be redirected to the product page.
Guarantee period
All equipment sold in our shop has a 3-year warranty. Batteries have a warranty period of 1 year.
Product sheet
On the product page, you will find pictures of the product, the name of the product, a short description and more detailed information about the product, as well as the hihnd, stock and the form to add to shopping cart.
Stocks show the quantities in our Estonian warehouse. If the product is not currently in stock in Estonia, it cannot be added to the shopping cart. We update our stock on a daily basis. If you are interested in a product that is currently out of stock, please feel free to send us an inquiry from the product page and we will specify a possible delivery time.
Shopping cart
Shopping cart you will find all the goods you have added on the product pages. The products in your shopping cart will be added to your order. If you want to change the contents of your shopping cart, you can easily remove products from it as well as change their quantities. If something is missing, go to the product page and add it to your shopping cart.
To order
Once you've selected the items you want and checked the contents of your shopping cart, the last step is to place your order and pay for the goods. On the order page, you will see a list of the goods to be ordered, the delivery options and the payment options. Please fill in the information requested in the form, select the appropriate delivery method and payment method and confirm the order.
Ordering for a legal person
If you wish to order as a legal entity, please also place your order in our e-shop. When you place your order, you will need to fill in a few additional fields for the legal entity and the necessary accounting document will be generated automatically.
Payment
After confirming your order, you will be redirected to pay. The payment procedure will depend on the payment method selected. In our e-shop you can pay by bank transfer, instalment and bank transfer.
NOTE: E-shop orders will only be processed once the payment has been credited to our bank account.
Payment by invoice
If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, after confirming the order you will be redirected to a page with the order details, bank transfer information and a link to the PDF receipt.
When paying by bank transfer, please be sure to include the order number in the explanation, which will make it easier to link the transfer to the order.
Payment by bank transfer
If you chose to pay by bank transfer, you will be redirected to a payment centre where you can easily make the payment from your home bank. After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to our e-shop page with your order details and a link to the PDF receipt.
Payment by instalment
You can also buy goods on instalment from our e-shop. You can choose between ESTO or Montonio hire purchase.
ESTO aftertax
In the case of Esto hire purchase, the hire purchase service is provided by ESTO AS. If you do not already have ESTO Accounts, you will need to set it up in advance when making the instalment payment. Opening an account is free of charge and there are no administrative costs. You then need to pay for the goods in the ESTO environment.
Montonio Supplement
With Montonio hire purchase, you can choose between different providers. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the Montonio environment where you will be asked to set up a Montonio installment and you will receive different installment offers in the following days, from which you can choose the one that suits you best. Choose the one that suits you best and make the payment.
Delivery / Delivery
Goods ordered from the e-shop are delivered by SmartPost. You can choose between SmartCourier or SmartPost parcel service. The advantage of a parcel machine is that you can go and pick up your parcel at a time that suits you. The advantage of SmartCourier is that the goods are delivered to you personally at the address you specify in your order.
Optikwelt Account
In order to make the procedures for completing your order more convenient, when you place your order for the first time, an Optikwelt account will be created for you, the details of which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. In the Optikwelt account, you can see your order history and the progress of active orders. You will also find the discount vouchers issued to you in your Optikwelt account.

If you have any questions about a specific product, please go to the product page and fill in the form under the “Ask a question” button. This way, we will also be able to immediately link to the specific product you had questions about, together with your question.

We will respond to any queries as soon as possible but no later than within two working days.

All products are accompanied by the manufacturer's instructions for use. You can always find the manufacturer's instructions on the manufacturer's website.
We have also started to create and publish online guides on our website, which can be easily viewed on smart devices. We'll publish them as they are produced.
