The Jaeger 1-4×24 is a classic driven-hunt scope. 1× magnification (that is, no magnification) allows aiming with both eyes open, which provides the maximum field of view — you see more of what is happening in the forest and can react quickly to game passing close by. 4× magnification helps you take a more precise shot at a slightly longer distance (up to about 100 metres). This is the lightest and most compact model in the series.

Yukon Jaeger sights have a reinforced waterproof (IPX7) body and precisely coated optics that provide a bright and clear image across the entire field of view.

The sight has a reticle with an illuminated centre, convenient adjustment turrets, a rubber magnification ring with a good grip, and fast focusing. Thanks to these features, the Jaeger sight offers exceptionally good performance and reliability in its price range.

The Jaeger sight can be used in any moisture conditions, for example in heavy rain or a snowstorm (the device has an IPX7 rating in accordance with the IEC 60529 standard).

The nitrogen fill protects the optics and the interior of the body from fogging caused by temperature fluctuations. When moving from the cold into a warm room, condensation does not form on the lenses or internal parts, because the moisture-free nitrogen keeps the glass clean from the inside.

Because there is no moisture or oxygen inside the body, mould and fungus are also prevented from forming on the inner surfaces of the lenses.

High shock resistance

The sight has very good shock and vibration resistance. All Jaeger models can be used on large-calibre rifles, shotguns and air rifles.

The wide-angle field of view makes this sight a top performer in its price range. In addition to the spacious view, the comfortable eyepiece helps you acquire the target quickly as soon as the rifle is brought to the cheek.

Resettable adjustment turrets

The design of the elevation and windage adjustment turrets allows them to be easily set to the zero position with a single click after the sight has been zeroed.

Aiming point / reticle

The reticle (T01i) of Jaeger sights is located on the second focal plane — this means that the aiming point remains thin at every magnification and does not obscure the target. The centre of the reticle is illuminated. The adjustment wheel has intermediate off positions, which allow the illumination to be switched off quickly and later returned to the same brightness level. Illumination can be adjusted over a wide range, and the sight also has a separate operating mode for front-mounted night vision and thermal devices.
